Job description
About Us
We are an agile team based in Berlin, capable of quickly adapting to the zeitgeist without getting stuck in rigid processes. We continuously question our working methods, and challenging the status quo means having the courage to do things differently. Everyone pitches in on our team: every voice counts, and no one is belittled. Respect and trust are paramount in our team. There are no classic career levels or titles – we grow together by fostering individual potential. We are a team where we openly address and solve problems together, laugh a lot, and treat each other with respect.
Our brand portfolio in the lifestyle sector offers a diverse range of tasks with an interdisciplinary approach. In our BAM space, we also independently implement creative projects – all under the BAM PRACTICE umbrella. This has led to a vibrant BAM community of art, music, fashion, and the creative scene over the years.
