Role Overview

The Junior Graphic Designer will report to the Graphic Designer and support the creation of a variety of brand assets. This includes day-to-day social content, e-commerce and web visuals, and technical packaging files. The position places strong focus on print production output and social media execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop visual concepts and design assets across different formats and platforms.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, along with Figma, to build creative that serves both brand and business needs.
  • Maintain a consistently high standard across typography, illustration, packaging, photography, and retouching work.
  • Work closely with product design and marketing teams to produce online and offline creative that reflects the brand identity.
  • Keep visual style guides current and ensure they are applied consistently across teams, partners, and marketing channels.
  • Support the upkeep of internal design, photo, and video asset libraries so materials remain accessible and easy to locate.
  • Organize creative files carefully and help establish processes that improve collaboration between teams.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience working as a graphic designer in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple assignments while delivering strong-quality work on time.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Basic familiarity with Figma and Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects.
  • Strong coordination and communication abilities.
  • A sharp eye for design quality and detail.
  • Comfort taking feedback and working from direction.
