Role Summary
As a Junior Executive Driver, you will support senior leadership by providing secure, smooth, and highly professional transport for company management, members of the Shareholders’ Committee, and VIP visitors. The position also involves coordinating travel, planning logistics, and upholding strong standards of confidentiality, safety, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and carry out business travel with attention to both personal protection and safe driving practices.
- Keep assigned vehicles in ready-to-use condition and ensure they remain dependable at all times.
- Manage fleet-related tasks such as purchasing, servicing, and arranging repairs for vehicles.
- Prepare routes and review locations and schedules in advance for senior management and Executive Board travel, working closely with the team coordinator.
- Help develop and deliver training initiatives, including driver safety, personal security, and first aid.
Qualifications
- Vocational training in the security field, such as Security and Safety Specialist, or a comparable qualification.
- Clean police record.
- Valid driving licence for Class B/BE vehicles.
- Strong command of German and good English proficiency.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities, along with a clear service mindset.
- Reliable, discreet, and responsible in handling sensitive duties.
- Physically fit with strong mental endurance.
- Well-developed awareness of security and protection requirements.
- Willingness to keep learning and improving professionally.
