This position suits someone at the start of their paid media career who is keen to build practical experience while contributing to the performance of the company’s online business. The role supports paid media specialists with the running, optimisation, and review of campaigns across global markets, including the US and EMEA.
Working arrangement
This is a Monday to Friday role with a 37.5-hour working week. The position is based in London, Hammersmith, and is eligible for virtual working. The role also involves working global hours because of the international nature of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Help build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across multiple markets and programmes, including platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Track campaign performance and support optimisation actions under the direction of senior colleagues.
- Review all creative and campaign copy carefully to help ensure accuracy and smooth delivery before launch.
- Work with the creative team to support the creation and rollout of advertising assets.
- Take part in A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness over time.
- Review performance data and help turn results into clear insights that support decision-making.
- Maintain performance trackers and assist in preparing regular reports on key campaign metrics for the paid media team.
- Support audience targeting plans so they align with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with the team to share customer persona insights that improve targeting accuracy.
- Monitor campaign budgets closely and help ensure spend stays within approved limits.
- Join discussions on budget optimisation using campaign data as the guide.
- Stay updated on developments and best practices in paid media.
- Participate in training and learning opportunities to strengthen paid media knowledge and skills.
- Coordinate closely with paid media specialists and communicate campaign progress, findings, and updates clearly within the team.
What you should bring
- A solid basic understanding of paid social platforms, especially Meta and TikTok.
- Comfort using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysing data.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational ability.
- Confident communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to learn and a hands-on, positive approach to challenges.
- An interest in pop culture; familiarity with Funko products would be an added advantage.
- Comfort working flexible global hours.
