About CAA Brand Management

CAA Brand Management is a leading brand development and management group that helps clients plan and deliver growth strategies across consumer products. With more than 30 years of experience in consumer product partnerships and licensing, and operations across 17 countries, it creates innovative brand extension programmes that generate revenue for some of the world’s best-known brands.

The team is looking for a creative individual who can take a project from brief to polished final output. The ideal candidate follows current design and fashion trends, has a strong eye for typography and detail, and is comfortable supporting a multidisciplinary design team across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rework and adapt creative assets for multiple formats, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Apply brand standards carefully and consistently.
  • Help build templates and create basic brand assets.
  • Assist with presentation deck preparation and production-related tasks.
  • Keep files organised and maintain asset libraries.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and make revisions quickly.
  • Support senior designers and other team members on larger assignments.

Requirements

  • A varied portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and technical ability.
  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Advanced capability in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with illustration and asset creation.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Genuine interest in typography and visual design.
  • Strong motion graphics skills.
