Role overview

We are seeking a meticulous Junior CRM Administrator to join the Business Systems and Operations team in a remote position based in Australia. This opportunity is well suited to recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to build experience in customer relationship management, business systems, data handling, and operational support.

In this role, you will help keep CRM platforms accurate and effective, support everyday users, and enable internal teams to get more value from customer data. You will work across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations while developing practical experience with CRM tools and business workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Keep customer information current and accurate inside the CRM system.
  • Track data quality and carry out routine cleansing activities.
  • Help users with simple CRM and data-related issues.
  • Support configuration tasks, account administration, and access permissions.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and customer insights for business teams.
  • Assist sales and marketing teams with CRM-driven processes and workflows.
  • Contribute to CRM improvements and process refinement initiatives.
  • Maintain system documentation, training resources, and user guides.
  • Carry out data imports, exports, and validation checks.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure CRM best practices are consistently applied.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Strong eye for detail and solid organisational ability.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Interest in business systems, customer data, and operational processes.

Preferred background

  • Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience from internships, academic projects, or part-time work in business systems is a plus.
  • Awareness of sales, marketing, or customer service workflows.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or workflow automation tools is beneficial.
