About the Role

The Junior Compliance Analyst is an important position within Wrisk’s compliance function. In this role, you will help ensure the business operates in line with applicable regulations and internal standards. Your work will involve supporting compliance activities, contributing to audits, and helping implement process updates that strengthen regulatory integrity. A careful eye for detail and a proactive mindset will be key in reducing risk and promoting a strong compliance culture across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Help roll out compliance policies and procedures across the business.
  • Support compliance checks and audit activities in different departments.
  • Track regulatory updates and recommend process changes where needed.
  • Draft compliance reports and supporting documentation for both internal and external audiences.
  • Work with teams across the company to maintain regulatory compliance in day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with compliance training and share best-practice guidance with staff.
  • Contribute to risk reviews and identify opportunities to improve controls and processes.

Requirements

  • Previous exposure to compliance, regulatory work, or a similar discipline.
  • Knowledge of insurance-sector compliance regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Clear written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to handle several tasks and deadlines at once.
  • Strong organisational skills.
