Role overview
Comstel ICT is expanding and looking for a motivated Junior BDR to join its outbound sales team in North Sydney. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys phone-based selling, chasing targets, and building a career in B2B technology sales.
What you will do
- Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, email, and other digital channels to create new business opportunities.
- Identify qualified prospects and help grow a healthy sales pipeline.
- Speak with business owners and key decision-makers to uncover needs and interest.
- Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.
- Assist with proposal preparation and solution shaping.
- Keep CRM records updated and maintain visibility on activity and pipeline progress.
- Work toward sales goals consistently and aim to surpass them.
