About the Company
This role is based at two 25hours Hotels in Hamburg’s HafenCity, where a maritime atmosphere, travel-inspired stories, and a lively neighborhood set the tone for everyday work. The properties are just a short walk from each other, so the teams collaborate closely across both hotels. The culture is young, friendly, informal, and highly social, with colleagues often becoming friends.
Role Overview
As a Junior Brand Marketing Manager, you will support the visibility of the hotel and food-and-beverage brands. Your work will include developing imaginative campaigns, managing social media, producing content, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across online and offline channels. You will work closely with the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to plan events, develop partnerships, and help position the hotel as a standout destination.
Working Pattern
This position follows a 4-day workweek, giving you 3 days off each week and more flexibility to organize your personal time.
Responsibilities
- Plan and roll out creative marketing activities for the hotels and F&B outlets together with the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Produce compelling photo, video, and written content in German and English for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Handle guest communication across digital and in-person channels.
- Organize and coordinate press, influencer, and client events.
- Lead the monthly Spotlight events from the initial idea through planning, promotion, and on-site delivery.
- Update websites, online listings, and OTA channel content.
- Create and send marketing newsletters.
- Develop local collaborations and maintain relationships with brands, media partners, and nearby businesses.
Requirements
- Some prior professional experience in a similar position within hospitality or tourism is expected, along with solid English skills.
- You should be well organized and comfortable coordinating events.
- Creativity and the ability to turn ideas into action are important for this role.
- A practical, flexible, and open personality that enjoys working with people is a strong fit.
- You should contribute both your professional capability and your personal character to the team.
- A hands-on approach is essential.
