Overview

We are looking for a driven Junior Analyst to become a part of our dynamic team based in Munich, Germany. This full-time role involves supporting business functions by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to aid strategic decision-making. The Junior Analyst will partner with various departments to spot trends, generate reports, and help enhance operational processes, making this position ideal for those aiming to grow in business or data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize data from multiple sources for comprehensive analysis.
  • Create reports, visual dashboards, and presentations for various internal teams.
  • Spot patterns, trends, and opportunities that can improve company performance.
  • Help track important performance indicators and operational metrics to assess business health.
  • Assist senior analysts with research, forecasting, and analytical projects.
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain systematic record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand business requirements and gather insights.
  • Document existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize workflows.
  • Conduct market and industry research as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative and analytical duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting methods.
  • High attention to detail coupled with efficient organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Capability to work both independently and within a team.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English is required; German language skills are beneficial but optional.
