Role overview
The company is looking for a Junior Full-Cycle Account Executive who can own the complete sales journey from the first outreach to closing deals. In this role, you will help take the sales organization to the next stage of growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process, starting with outreach and ending with deal closure.
- Run persuasive product demos and advisory conversations with both qualified leads and self-generated prospects.
- Build your own pipeline, develop it strategically, and keep it accurately maintained in HubSpot.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Product, and feed customer insights back into positioning and product improvements.
- Track sales KPIs, manage your funnel using data, and continuously improve your closing performance.
- Contribute actively to the improvement of sales playbooks and internal sales processes.
Requirements
- Initial experience as an Account Executive or several years of SDR experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with HubSpot is preferred; however, strong ability to use and maintain comparable CRM systems is essential.
- A structured, organised, and methodical way of working.
- German at native level and English at B2 level.

Application process
The hiring process consists of a 30-minute people call online, a 30-minute introductory conversation with Christian online, and an in-person interview day at the office. This on-site stage includes a one-hour case study with the Head of Sales, Amadeus, followed by a 30-minute meet-the-team session. The process concludes with a reference check with a former manager.
