  • Handle Level 1 and Level 2 issues such as password resets, access problems, device malfunctions, and connectivity concerns.
  • Pass along unresolved incidents to senior team members with clear notes on troubleshooting already completed.

  • Coordinate repairs, warranty requests, and temporary loaner devices.
  • Support mobile device management activities as assigned.

Accounts and access

  • Create and remove user accounts in cloud productivity and identity systems according to onboarding procedures.
  • Assign software licenses, set up multi-factor authentication, and confirm correct access permissions.
  • Support the high-volume spring onboarding period for summer staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in user and equipment tracking systems.

Network and infrastructure assistance

  • Help with basic network checks, device status verification, troubleshooting connectivity, and client lookup tasks.
  • Support guest WiFi and broader network access operations.
  • Run cables, work with patch panels, and assist with equipment installation under supervision.

Documentation and knowledge sharing

  • Create and update knowledge base content that helps staff resolve common issues independently and reduces repeat requests.
  • Record solutions and help maintain standard operating procedures and IT runbooks.

General IT operations

  • Provide AV and presentation support for meetings, chapel services, and special events.
  • Assist with point-of-sale systems used in retail and food service areas.
  • Help with phone system moves, additions, and basic setup changes.
  • Take part in the on-call rotation and remain available during summer programming as needed.
