For two decades, we have successfully blended advertising, information, and entertainment. Currently, we operate over 9,000 Public Video Screens across Germany in various high-traffic locations like subway and train stations, airports, and shopping centers.

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) for our Hamburg location to join our team in full-time capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving technical challenges and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and partners. You will ensure smooth operations, develop sustainable solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services.

Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing technical and general inquiries within the OTRS ticketing system, ensuring professional handling. You will provide phone and ticket-based support to clients and contract partners on technical issues. Your role will also involve guiding the technical integration and support of new clients, particularly during system takeovers and integration projects. You will maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents, solutions, and processes in Jira and Confluence. Furthermore, you will coordinate with internal departments and manage external service providers for troubleshooting and escalations. A key aspect of this role is analyzing technical problems thoroughly and collaborating with the team to optimize support processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a completed vocational training in an IT field, such as IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics, or a comparable qualification. We are also open to career changers. You should have prior experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Help Desk environment. Proficiency with ticketing systems like OTRS and documentation platforms such as Jira and Confluence is required. The ability to systematically analyze technical issues and derive appropriate solutions is essential. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, service providers, and internal teams are also necessary.
