Valerie Group is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to serve as the essential technical support hub for our daily operations. The role involves managing routine IT support, maintaining tools, and overseeing workflows with significant opportunities to develop the function in line with company growth. This position begins as a freelance engagement with a clear path to a full-time role.

Job Responsibilities and Candidate Fit

• Provide dependable, hands-on IT support and manage operational tooling and workflows.
• Proactively identify and resolve broken processes without needing instruction.
• Remain accessible for urgent technical issues beyond standard working hours on occasion.
• Engage with and build upon existing Microsoft 365 platforms and construct dashboards using Jira and Monday.com.
• Start in a freelance capacity with an opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

Requirements

• Australian citizenship is mandatory.
• Between two to five years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or operations.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience creating and managing dashboards within Jira and Monday.com environments.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent issues beyond fixed work hours.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Residency in Sydney is advantageous.
• Familiarity with performance marketing concepts.
• Interest or background in cybersecurity is a plus.
