In this role, you will handle incident resolution and service requests across a wide range of systems and applications. You will also contribute to knowledge sharing, ongoing service improvement, and, when needed, broader IT initiatives.
The role includes occasional domestic travel to other Saab locations, as well as infrequent travel to Sweden.
Key responsibilities

- Set up, support, and maintain audio-visual equipment and systems.
- Support mobile devices used by employees.
- Follow applicable laws, internal policies, and company procedures.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is a strong troubleshooter with a practical approach to problem-solving. You should be comfortable dealing directly with users, communicating clearly, and explaining technical matters in simple terms. The role also calls for flexibility, the ability to adjust to shifting priorities, and the confidence to work well in a busy environment.
Experience and technical background
- Previous experience in an enterprise IT support setting.
- Practical exposure to enterprise device management tools and processes.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Windows 11.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 2024 and Microsoft 365 Apps.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM.
- Understanding of audio-visual systems.
- Experience with mobile device management.
- Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
