Overview
We are hiring two IT Support Engineers to become part of a collaborative technology function within a modern enterprise setting. This is a practical, hands-on position focused on incident resolution, service request handling, end-user assistance, and contributing to better systems and workflows.
Contract details
- This role begins as an initial daily-rate contract.
- There is an opportunity to transition into a permanent role after 3 months.
- You will be joining a well-known household brand.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first-, second-, and third-line support across desktop, mobile, and cloud-based environments.
- Assist users on Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
- Handle access administration, identity platforms, and single sign-on tools.
- Support Microsoft and Google ecosystem administration.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to infrastructure, networking, and applications.
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve strong service outcomes.
- Spot opportunities to streamline support processes and improve service quality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or systems administration roles.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability across hardware, software, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments.
- Exposure to IAM and SSO solutions such as Okta, Entra ID, PingID, or OneLogin.
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Agile and ITIL working environments.
