IT Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Sales Recruiter specializing in US IT staffing to join our team in Chirala, Bapatla District. The role involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST and demands 2-4 years of recruitment experience specifically within the US IT staffing domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with prime vendors and clients to understand US staffing needs, prioritize tasks, manage submission deadlines, and gather feedback.
• Identify and evaluate US-based IT consultants using platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and vendor networks.
• Manage live job requirements from direct clients, prime vendors, and VMS/MSP portals by submitting well-prepared candidate profiles with clear summaries.
• Conduct skill-based screening focusing on technical competencies, rates, locations, availability, and work authorizations; negotiate contract terms including W2, C2C, and 1099 arrangements.
• Arrange and coordinate client interviews across various US time zones, preparing candidates and ensuring a robust feedback loop until final placement.
• Facilitate onboarding processes and documentation while maintaining contact with placed consultants to ensure retention and contract extensions.
• Maintain accurate ATS entries and requirement trackers with daily reporting on submissions and recruitment pipelines.

Candidate Requirements

• At least four years of direct experience recruiting IT professionals for US clients within a staffing or consulting firm environment (excluding domestic recruitment).
• Established professional relationships with US prime vendors and implementation partners.
• Comprehensive understanding of US work authorization types including USC, GC, H-1B, H-4 EAD, OPT/CPT, TN, and GC-EAD, along with relevant W2/C2C/1099 compensation structures.
• Proficient screening capabilities for various IT fields such as Java, .NET, Python, cloud technologies, data engineering, quality assurance, DevOps, and ERP.
• Strong verbal and written English communication, with good knowledge of US geography and time zones.
• Experience using multiple job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Availability to work onsite during the designated night hours (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST) in Chirala.
• Preferred qualifications include familiarity with VMS/MSP platforms like Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, Coupa, VNDLY; and ATS tools such as JobDiva, Ceipal, or Bullhorn, alongside an existing network of US consultants and vendors.
