Job description

About Eurofins

Eurofins is a global life sciences organisation that delivers analytical testing services to customers across many sectors. Its work helps make products, water, food, and medicines safer, more reliable, and better aligned with quality and labelling standards. The company also places strong emphasis on environmental responsibility, social impact, and inclusion across its international network.

Role overview

As an IT Business Analyst, you will sit between business teams and IT delivery groups, turning business needs into clear technical requirements. Based in Dublin, you will support a global IT function and work with business units, laboratory operations, Product Managers, and development teams to shape effective systems and drive successful project delivery across regions.

What you will do

You will collect, assess, and document business and technical needs, making sure requirements are well structured and ready for implementation. The position involves active collaboration throughout the project lifecycle, including delivery, rollout, and support after go-live. Your contribution will help keep business priorities and technology solutions aligned.

What the company offers

You will have the chance to contribute to meaningful global IT initiatives in an international and team-oriented environment. The role offers exposure to important business systems along with opportunities to keep learning and advance professionally.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar discipline is required.
  • Applicants should have solid experience analysing business and technical requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps is needed.
  • Prior involvement in ERP implementation projects is expected.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical settings would be an advantage.
  • English proficiency should be at least B2+, with C1 preferred.

Additional information

Eurofins encourages people to apply even if they do not meet every single requirement, as the company supports employee development. The organisation is committed to equal opportunity and does not tolerate discrimination based on gender identity or expression, race, nationality, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

Company background

Eurofins is an international network of independent life sciences companies operating across multiple testing and research areas, including food, environment, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, forensics, genomics, clinical studies, biopharma, and advanced material sciences. The group has expanded from a single laboratory in France to a large global network of laboratories and companies across many countries, and continues to grow rapidly as a listed European company.
