IT Business Analyst

Role Overview

Ideal Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Business Analyst to join its IT Department at the Head Office in Doha. The position suits someone who enjoys translating business challenges into practical technology solutions and partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will serve as the link between business users, clients, and technical teams. Your work will involve reviewing business workflows, capturing and documenting requirements, spotting process gaps, assisting with solution design, and helping keep communication clear across all parties. You will also take part in process enhancement, testing support, change management, and delivering ongoing business value.

Requirements

Ideal candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst position or in a similar capacity. Strong fluency in both English and Arabic is essential. Applicants should bring solid analytical and problem-solving ability, excellent communication and documentation skills, and practical experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, process mapping, and business process improvement. Comfort working with both technical and non-technical teams is also important.
