Role overview

For a growing interdisciplinary environment in Frankfurt Rhine-Main, this role focuses on keeping the IT landscape stable, responsive, and well maintained across Windows, Linux, Microsoft, and Mac systems.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot incidents at second-level support depth.
• Receive IT support requests and resolve issues both on-site and with remote support tools.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations in Windows and Linux environments.
• Improve, maintain, and support the client and server infrastructure.
• Keep the client environment running reliably across Microsoft and Mac systems.
• Handle incident management and restore service during disruptions.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Microsoft 365 products.
• Knowledge of network administration, mobile device management, and client management.
• Confident use of virtualization solutions such as Proxmox and VMware.
• Strong communication skills.
• Very good German language skills.
