Investment Analyst / Associate

Role overview

A London-based real estate investment team is looking to expand and wants to speak with analysts and associates who have experience working on hospitality-sector transactions. This is an opportunity to join a compact, growing team and contribute to a range of interesting deals.

What the role involves

You will be part of a private equity real estate environment, or possibly a family office or institutional fund, where the work is centred on investment analysis and deal execution. The position requires strong numerical ability, confident use of Excel for financial modelling, and PowerPoint skills for presenting findings and recommendations.

Candidate profile

The team is looking for people with an excellent academic background and a degree in a relevant field such as Economics or Finance. Prior exposure to hospitality-related deal work is important, along with strong analytical capability and the ability to work well in a small, busy investment team.

Compensation

Base pay is stated at £50,000 to £80,000, with bonus arrangements to be discussed individually and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility
