Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Tirana for an Inventory Specialist. The role centers on keeping stock data accurate, carrying out routine physical stock checks, and resolving mismatches with the support of warehouse and sales teams. The position also requires day-to-day tracking of goods received and dispatched, updating the inventory system, arranging and tagging stock, and ensuring items are stored in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Track inventory movement and maintain precise stock records across incoming and outgoing goods.
- Conduct regular physical counts and compare the results with system records to identify and correct variances.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure inventory data remains accurate and actionable.
- Update inventory or ERP systems and use spreadsheet tools to support record keeping and reporting.
- Label, arrange, and organize stock so products are easy to locate and stored properly.
- Work with procurement and logistics teams to forecast needs and help avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Provide internal teams and, when needed, customer-facing staff with dependable product availability information.
- Follow safe handling practices while working in warehouse or showroom environments.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of physical stock verification, inventory control, and overall inventory management, with a strong eye for detail.
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented approach for collaborating with internal teams.
- Hands-on experience with inventory software or ERP platforms, along with basic Excel or similar spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to work on-site and manage materials safely in a warehouse or showroom setting.
- Prior experience in retail, construction materials, or another product-focused environment is an advantage.
- Strong organizational ability, dependability, and the capacity to manage priorities in a busy environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical education in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
