Job description
Role Overview
This position is responsible for spearheading international sales initiatives and broadening the company's global footprint. Key duties include cultivating new business prospects, overseeing channel partners and clients, and meeting sales objectives in overseas markets.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, with a preference for experience in the real estate sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
- Experience in managing client relationships and key accounts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Market Development
- Identify and cultivate new international markets and customer segments.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis.
- Implement strategies to drive market expansion.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide precise sales forecasts.
Channel & Client Management
- Establish and nurture relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with channel partners for Market Research & Reporting (MMR) projects.
- Engage with clients across the US, Europe, Africa, GCC, and APAC regions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing department on campaigns and promotional activities.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Utilize digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market intelligence.
- Analyze sales trends and propose strategies for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain accurate sales documentation.
