Role Overview

Nala Global is expanding its Dubai office and is hiring an International Recruitment Consultant to begin in Autumn 2026. This position focuses on connecting exceptional educators with leading international schools and education groups around the world. The role involves supporting the placement of teachers, senior leaders, and school support staff into opportunities that can have a meaningful impact on their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and engage strong international candidates across teaching and leadership roles.
• Maintain regular communication and build trusted relationships with candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
• Handle recruitment assignments for prestigious schools and education organisations.
• Assist partner schools with their staffing needs and broader recruitment approach.
• Grow and manage a specialist market within the international education sector.
