Overview
Insight Global is hiring an enthusiastic Internal Communications Coordinator to support communications that advance business goals and strengthen company culture and Shared Values. In this role, you will help plan and deliver communication strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, partnering closely with stakeholders to keep messaging clear, consistent, and aligned with brand and strategic priorities. You will also help reduce unnecessary noise in internal communications and contribute to the success of key stakeholder campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, draft, and share content across different communication channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect information and turn it into compelling stories.
- Work with the Communications Team to design and execute communication campaigns and strategies, including email templates in Outlook.
- Update and manage content on the company intranet, such as files, links, videos, articles, resources, and data.
- Help launch and support the rollout of a new company intranet.
- Coordinate the team’s internal content calendar and communications initiatives.
- Manage incoming requests through the team’s Airtable intake process.
- Add creative support to ongoing communications needs, including basic graphic work and intranet poll/culture center content.
- Measure campaign performance using metrics such as open rates and clicks, and gather audience feedback to assess communication effectiveness.
- Offer guidance to stakeholders on communication-related tasks, issues, and projects.
- Keep up with current communications trends and content creation best practices.
- Edit and refine stakeholder articles and emails for clarity, accuracy, and tone.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong writing and editing abilities with close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive, adaptable attitude and eagerness to learn new communications platforms and creative tools.
- Ability to juggle a high workload and multiple competing priorities.
- Well-developed organizational and coordination skills.
- Flexibility to adjust quickly when needs change.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
- Must be based in Atlanta or willing to move there.
- Experience with Workshop, Canva, Airtable, or similar tools is an advantage.
