Role Overview
This position is for a talented interior and exterior visualization specialist who can turn architectural ideas into polished, realistic renderings. The team is international and growing quickly, and the role is fully remote with a fixed work schedule. It suits someone who works carefully, communicates well, and can produce high-quality results efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed, lifelike interior and exterior visuals for architectural projects.
- Build accurate 3D models of furniture, fixtures, structural elements, and surrounding spaces.
- Work with the team to understand the design direction and deliver outputs that match expectations.
- Make sure every rendering follows client requirements, brand standards, and agreed timelines.
- Stay responsive and communicate clearly during working hours.
Technical Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, and Enscape.
- Strong 3D modeling ability, supported by a portfolio showing furniture and fixture design work.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including composition, lighting, and texture.
- Capacity to work under tight deadlines and produce fast turnarounds.
- Prior experience working remotely and staying productive in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Background
- A degree or working background in architecture or interior design is an advantage.
- Familiarity with post-production tools such as Photoshop is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in final render output.
- Comfortable contributing both independently and collaboratively.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time remote position. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, which corresponds to 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time.
