Job summary

We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor to handle complete interior fit-out delivery for both commercial and residential projects. The role focuses on ensuring work quality, meeting timelines, controlling materials, and coordinating smoothly across the site.

Experience needed: 4+ years

Education: Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline

Preferred industry background: Interior Fit-Out, Interior Contracting, Commercial Interiors, Residential Interiors

Key responsibilities

Take charge of end-to-end execution for interior works at site.
Oversee false ceiling, carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, and finishing activities.
Work closely with contractors, vendors, workers, and the purchase team to keep execution on track.
Prepare and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
Track project progress and ensure quality benchmarks are consistently met.
Examine drawings and confirm that work is carried out as per approved specifications.
Maintain safety standards and site discipline at all times.
Identify and resolve site-level issues, while keeping proper documentation updated.
