Interface Designer

Overview

Grow the Roses is seeking a skilled Interface Designer to craft intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly digital interfaces. The role involves close cooperation with UX designers, developers, and product teams to deliver interfaces that optimize usability and strengthen the brand's identity.

Responsibilities

• Create clean, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
• Partner with UX professionals, developers, and key stakeholders to build cohesive digital experiences.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs utilizing industry-leading design software.
• Maintain consistency by aligning designs with established brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Perform user research and collect feedback to refine interface usability continuously.
• Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices to boost the quality of deliverables.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a similar Interface Design capacity.
• Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX theories, including typography and visual hierarchy principles.
• Experience designing with a focus on responsive layouts and mobile-first approaches.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams and justify design choices.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development languages like HTML and CSS is advantageous.
