About Kenneth Cole Productions
Kenneth Cole is a U.S.-based fashion designer, activist, and entrepreneur who views business success and social responsibility as closely connected. Through Kenneth Cole Productions, the company develops modern, practical apparel, footwear, and accessories designed to make everyday dressing easier. Its brands include Kenneth Cole New York, Reaction Kenneth Cole, Unlisted, and Gentle Souls footwear.
The business designs, markets, and distributes apparel, shoes, and accessories, and works with a broad network of domestic and international licensing partners to deliver stylish, functional products that support both self-expression and positive impact.
Role Overview
The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of unified 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, retail, wholesale, and media channels. This person will own the way campaigns are brought to life across every consumer touchpoint, ensuring consistent messaging, strong cross-channel alignment, and measurable outcomes across both brand and performance goals.
This is a highly collaborative role that blends strategy with hands-on delivery. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-focused, proactive, and able to connect the dots across teams, partners, and workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
The manager will coordinate seasonal and initiative-based campaigns from planning through execution, translate strategy into practical launch plans, define the role of each channel across the funnel, and keep all campaign workstreams aligned with internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes supporting paid creator and influencer planning so those efforts ladder up to broader campaign objectives.
They will help oversee activity across paid social, digital advertising, paid search, CRM, lifecycle marketing, affiliate marketing, and traditional as well as non-traditional media such as out-of-home placements and digital media partnerships. In addition, the position supports retail and wholesale marketing by aligning brand campaigns with partner calendars and opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
Performance ownership is a major part of the job. The manager will track brand outcomes such as reach, awareness, and engagement, as well as business results including traffic, conversion, revenue, and ROAS. They will review campaign data with stakeholders, identify opportunities to improve results, and lead post-campaign analysis and content reviews to guide future creative work.
The role also requires creating and managing creative briefs for a range of needs, including paid creator and influencer briefs, mapping content requirements across the funnel, and making sure creative assets support both brand storytelling and performance objectives. Acting as the central connector between brand and performance teams, the manager will help maintain alignment and smooth execution across all campaign components.
