Job description
Role Overview
A reputable insurance brokerage in Naas, County Kildare is looking to hire an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker to strengthen its team. This role is centred on renewals processing and supporting the day-to-day running of the office so other team members can focus on policy changes and customer queries.
The position is based onsite in Naas, with parking available at the office. A hybrid working pattern is available after probation and training.
Key Duties
- Handle personal lines policy renewals promptly and accurately.
- Step in to provide office coverage when colleagues are on holiday.
- Assist the wider brokerage team by managing documentation and supporting compliance requirements.
- Work confidently in Relay to process policies with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision.
Requirements
- APA or CIP qualification, or active progress toward one of these accreditations.
- Prior experience in a broking or insurance brokerage environment.
- Practical knowledge of Relay and the ability to work independently from day one.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisation and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

- Salary of up to €40,000 depending on experience.
