Insurance Approval Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring an Approval Executive to handle insurance authorization support for healthcare operations serving the UAE, from an office based in India. The role focuses on securing insurance approvals, coordinating with UAE insurers and TPAs, checking claims, and making sure approvals are processed on time while following UAE healthcare rules and insurance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a daily volume of at least 150 insurance approval cases.
• Prepare, resend, and monitor approval applications until completion.
• Inform the clinic when an insurance request is turned down.
• Follow up with insurers to resolve rejections, mismatches, and open questions.
• Review claims carefully and confirm that details are accurate before submission.
• Work with clinic teams to collect documents, explanations, and any missing information.
• Keep organized records of approvals, messages, and supporting paperwork.

Required Knowledge and Skills

The candidate should be comfortable handling approvals across multiple medical specialties, including general practice, dental, gynecology, orthopedics, pediatrics, radiology, laboratory services, and physiotherapy. Familiarity with eClaim and Riayati platforms is expected, along with a solid grasp of ICD and CPT coding.

Working Schedule

Working hours will follow the needs of the UAE clinic and may involve either split shifts or continuous straight shifts, depending on operational requirements.

This position supports UAE healthcare operations from the India office and requires compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and insurance guidelines. The role involves regular coordination with insurers, TPAs, and clinic staff to ensure approvals are processed efficiently and accurately.
