Inspection & Packaging Technician - Warehouse Services

Job Summary

The Packaging Technician is responsible for making sure processed assets are packed securely, correctly labeled, and moved to the right staging area for their final outcome: Reuse, Remarket, or Scrap. The role also involves managing packing material stock and following the client’s packaging standards exactly so items remain protected during transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out repackaging and add-on packaging work using the client’s required packing setup without deviation.
• Track and replenish packaging supplies so the daily operations team always has what it needs.
• Sort, prepare, and secure items in the correct staging locations according to whether they are for Reuse, Remarket, or Scrap.
• Wrap, strap, and tag outbound pallets in line with shipping and transport requirements.
• Keep the packing station tidy, orderly, and safe at all times.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in packaging, shipping, or warehouse fulfillment work.
• Comfortable lifting items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and standing for long durations.
• High level of accuracy and care to ensure labels and packing methods match the required disposition.
• Hands-on experience using scanners, label printers, and packing equipment.
• Ability to work from structured QA checklists and visual reference materials such as Redbook.
