Role Overview

The Innovation Mentor will support the Nurturing Innovators Program for students in Grades 8 to 12. The position involves guiding student teams through every phase of the innovation process, from defining problems to turning ideas into functional prototypes.

Core Work

• Mentor student teams throughout the full project cycle, starting with problem discovery and ending with prototype development.
• Support students in product design, electronics, firmware, AI implementation, and testing activities.
• Assist in building projects across Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Embedded Systems, Computer Vision, and Physical AI.
• Run technical review sessions and provide hands-on guidance during design discussions.
• Create proof-of-concepts and sample prototypes to demonstrate technical approaches.
• Collaborate with the Product and Innovation team to shape new challenge ideas and learning experiences.
• Set up clear engineering workflows, documentation practices, and testing benchmarks.
• Help students prepare for innovation competitions, research presentations, and startup pitch events at national and international levels.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
