Innovation Manager

Role Overview

This position is focused on spotting emerging technologies, assessing their value, and turning innovative ideas into practical solutions that advance digital transformation goals across the organization. The role calls for solid knowledge of technology trends and innovation methods, along with the ability to convert new capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Investigate new technologies, track industry trends, and identify innovation opportunities with potential business impact.
• Judge how well emerging tools and solutions can be applied in both business and government settings.
• Create technology recommendations, business cases, and forward-looking innovation plans.
• Contribute to digital transformation programs and broader innovation efforts.
• Carry out market analysis, compare against benchmarks, and perform feasibility assessments.
• Draft executive-level reports, slide decks, and strategic advisory materials.
• Work with internal stakeholders to find and shape technology-enabled improvements.

Skills and Knowledge

• Experience or familiarity with emerging technologies and innovation practices.
• Understanding of digital transformation concepts and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking for research, assessment, and recommendation development.
• Ability to build business cases and support strategic decision-making.
