Role Summary
As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of influencer campaigns for fintech clients. Working alongside the Influencer Manager and Account Manager, you will help with sourcing creators, preparing briefs, managing delivery, and keeping campaigns running smoothly while building your expertise in the field.

What You'll Do
- Find and evaluate creators and influencers across different platforms based on client briefs and campaign goals.
- Contact creators, begin conversations, and help negotiate initial terms.
- Build and maintain a well-organised database of approved influencers across relevant fintech and financial services niches.
- Track emerging creators, platforms, and trends in influencer marketing.
- Support the execution of campaigns while keeping them aligned with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Help brief creators, manage content review and approval, and handle routine campaign administration.
- Work to ensure influencer activity complements paid media and creative plans on integrated accounts.
- Capture and share insights across channels to improve campaign performance.
- Help deliver campaigns on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables with guidance from the Influencer Manager.
- Assist the Project Manager in keeping internal workflows structured and on track.
- Support performance reviews and optimisation efforts by collecting and organising findings.
- Continue learning from the Influencer Manager and the wider team.
- Build a stronger understanding of client needs and campaign objectives to improve sourcing and outreach.
- Contribute to proposals, case studies, and new business activity.
- Stay informed about fintech, influencer marketing, and digital industry developments.
Experience and Skills
- 0 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related marketing role.
- Agency experience is helpful but not required.
- Some exposure to influencer sourcing and outreach, or a clear interest in building that expertise.
- Understanding of how paid media, creative, and influencer channels work together.
- Strong written communication skills for outreach and negotiation.
- Good organisation and the ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and details across several projects.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with genuine interest in fintech and growth marketing.
