Role Overview
TalentPop App is seeking an Influencer Campaign Coordinator to handle the planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of fast-moving influencer campaigns. This role suits someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects, keeping workflows on track, and contributing to the growth of creator-led marketing initiatives.
What This Role Does
In this position, you’ll be responsible for moving campaigns from early planning through to final reporting. Your ability to stay organized and manage details will play a key part in supporting e-commerce clients and helping the business grow.
Key Duties
- Create influencer marketing plans that support brand objectives and performance targets.
- Find and connect with influencers who fit the intended audience.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with influencers, agencies, and other partners.
- Track schedules, content production, and campaign deliverables to keep everything on time.
- Check influencer content to make sure it matches brand tone, identity, and messaging.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate results and turn them into useful insights.
- Coordinate with social media and paid marketing teams to keep campaigns aligned.
Required Experience and Profile
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing and broader campaign work. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are important, along with a solid understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends. You should also be comfortable working with performance data and bringing a creative, brand-focused mindset to the role.
Work Setup and Technical Requirements
This is a permanent remote position. Applicants must have their own PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor and 8 GB RAM, plus a stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
