Your role
- Implement and continuously improve all visual merchandising standards in the store.
- Create eye-catching product displays that reflect current trends and enhance the shopping experience.
- Keep window displays, mannequins, and sales areas up to date on a regular basis.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to align visual merchandising actions with business goals.
- Monitor product rotation and stock levels, and place bestsellers strategically.
- Adapt global and regional visual merchandising guidelines to the store layout and customer flow.
- Train and support the store team in visual merchandising standards and execution.
- Maintain a premium, trend-conscious brand presentation throughout the store.

This is a store-based position.

Requirements
- Previous experience in visual merchandising, fashion retail, or another creative environment.
- Strong interest in fashion, trends, and streetwear culture.
- A keen eye for detail, color coordination, and product placement.
- Independent, well-organized working style with solid time management, including under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
