Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and verify import/export documentation and shipment records.

• Review applicable trade regulations and keep track of regulatory changes that may affect shipments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to customs and trade activities.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of import and export operations, including documentation and shipment coordination.
• Understanding of customs brokerage practices and experience working with customs authorities for compliant clearance.
• Working knowledge of international trade, including trade rules, Incoterms, and cross-border compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with excellent organization and close attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders in a remote setting.
• Comfort using standard office applications and trade management tools; familiarity with ERP or logistics software is a plus.
• Prior exposure to import/export, logistics, or trade compliance work is preferred.
• Certification or coursework in international business or supply chain management is advantageous.
