About the Team

The Customer Operations team collaborates closely with new and existing customers by implementing product features, managing platform operations, and enhancing sales performance management processes. Our mission is to assist clients in unlocking the revenue potential of their sales compensation programs. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily customer relationships and build strong connections with senior client stakeholders across a portfolio.
• Serve as the architect for new customers by translating data inputs and business logic into Forma.ai’s commission engine rules and system architecture.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the platform to independently execute updates, enhancements, and change requests.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, influence product feature priorities, and implement platform improvements.
• Manage customer expectations related to deliverables and project timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s strategic positioning, core products, business model, and objectives.
• Build expertise in Sales Performance Management by identifying enhancements in processes such as crediting and payroll, as well as strategy elements like incentive plan design and quota setting.

Candidate Qualifications

• Educational background in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience handling large datasets, with a strong grasp of database structures and workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel for data profiling, segmentation, and aggregation.
• Understanding of data architecture and business process flows.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
• Familiarity with common analytical and presentation tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and/or Python programming.
• Familiarity with sales incentive compensation practices.

Additional Information

• This is a currently open position.
• The salary range offered is $55,000 to $70,000 CAD annually.
