Key Responsibilities
- Run immigration files from the point of instruction through to final completion.
- Provide guidance to clients on UK immigration rules and Home Office processes.
- Compile and file visa, settlement, and citizenship applications.
- Produce legal submissions and all supporting paperwork needed for cases.
- Act for clients in appeals and tribunal hearings when necessary.
- Keep case management records accurate and make sure work remains compliant with regulatory expectations.
Candidate Profile
- You should be a qualified Solicitor with practical experience in UK immigration law.
- A strong grasp of immigration legislation, procedures, and case handling is essential.
- Excellent written advocacy, drafting, and client communication abilities are needed.
