This position combines hands-on case handling with advisory work, client relationship management, compliance oversight, and coordination with authorities, legal partners, and internal teams.
The right candidate will oversee cases from start to finish, ensure submissions are accurate and timely, and provide practical guidance on immigration rules and procedures. The role calls for strong judgement, excellent communication, and a service mindset in a busy, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned casework for multiple countries, including opening cases, reviewing requirements, preparing submissions, tracking progress, and closing matters.
- Serve as the main contact for clients and deliver tailored support that aligns with their business needs and compliance obligations.
- Partner with network attorneys or other legal contacts when needed to coordinate strategy, review case materials, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Track deadlines carefully and complete all work within required timeframes.
- Assess risk, escalate issues appropriately, and use judgement to resolve matters with limited senior oversight.
- Monitor visa expiry dates and notify clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate client files, ensuring correspondence and supporting documents are saved correctly.
- Confirm that work stays within scope, is billed promptly, and that any additional services are approved in advance.
- Record corporate card usage accurately and within the correct case file when applicable.
- Stay attentive to client needs, anticipate issues, and provide proactive advice and updates.
- Keep regular contact with clients, including service review meetings with agendas and presentations.
- Join client meetings, phone calls, video conferences, and webinars as required.
- Support business development by identifying and pursuing new leads and ensuring work remains profitable.
- Respond quickly and accurately to email and phone enquiries while managing expectations and escalating concerns when needed.
- Research complex immigration scenarios and use available resources to support sound decisions.
- Suggest improvements to procedures, systems, or policies within the assigned area.
- Share relevant news, alerts, and updates with clients.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks as assigned.
Teamwork and Professional Expectations
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and networking activities, both internal and external.
- Support the development of junior team members, including guidance on identifying and evaluating client risk.
- Work collaboratively, show care for colleagues, and help maintain a positive team environment.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, stay flexible as needs change, and handle competing deadlines well.
- Demonstrate professionalism, honesty, integrity, and confidentiality at all times while reflecting company values.
Required Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
Working Conditions

- The role is based in Singapore and follows a hybrid working model.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to look at a computer screen for a full shift of about eight hours.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
- Ability to speak clearly and accurately while using a phone.
