Role Overview

Adani Airport Holdings Ltd is hiring a Screener for its ILHBS operations in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on baggage screening, compliance, equipment checks, coordination with airport stakeholders, and maintaining smooth security operations at the location.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full adherence to BCAS and DGCA rules, directives, and operating guidelines at all times.
• Track the issue, allocation, and safe custody of security stickers as well as other auditable records and documents.
• Complete baggage screening and physical inspection within strict time limits.
• Work closely with airlines, CISF, and other stakeholders for physical checks and related security procedures.
• Support the organization’s goals in line with its vision, mission, and values.
• Interpret baggage images accurately during screening.
• Manage rotation at X-BIS to keep operations running smoothly.
• Promote workplace discipline and ensure orderly conduct in the work area.
• Maintain all required registers and monitor/report equipment serviceability and downtime.
• Carry out detailed pre-operational checks of X-BIS, ETD, CT-EDS, and related equipment, and record the findings for supervisor review.
• Maintain good TIP performance records.
• Contribute to smooth and efficient functioning at the ILBHS location.

Qualifications

• A graduate candidate with BCAS AVSEC Basic Course certification.
• BCAS certification as a Standalone or Inline Screener.
• DGR CAT 12 certification from a DGCA-approved training centre.
• At least 1 year of experience in screening or other security-related functions.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The job emphasizes regulatory compliance, operational discipline, equipment readiness, and coordination across airport security stakeholders.
