Role overview
You will join a technology-focused organisation active in the European space sector, helping deliver ICT services that are essential to day-to-day operations and support.
What you will do
- Act as the first and second point of contact for incidents, service requests, and general user questions.
- Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 workplace setups.
- Administer user identities and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Assist remote staff using VPN, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
- Process and close tickets by following IT service management practices.
- Keep knowledge articles and support documentation up to date.
- Provide assistance with mobile devices and other end-user workplace tools.
- Work closely with technical specialists to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
- Deliver a strong customer experience in an international working environment.
Experience and skills expected
- At least 5 years of experience in ICT service desk, end-user support, or a comparable position.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and enterprise workplace environments.
- Practical experience managing Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange Online.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms, preferably Jira Service Management.
- Background in supporting remote collaboration tools and access management.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and clear communication skills.
- A customer-first approach and the ability to perform well in a fast-moving setting.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
- Experience working in space-related organisations or other highly regulated environments.
