Role overview
This opportunity is for a Human Resources Specialist (HRBP) based in Frankfurt, Germany, with a full-time permanent employment setup. The position is offered through an international recruitment agency supporting one of its clients in Germany, who is looking to strengthen its team.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an HR business partner for a defined employee group in Germany, providing independent support on all employment-law related topics to managers.
- Guide employees through the full employment journey, from onboarding through to exit.
- Plan and deliver employee engagement activities and incentive-based events.
- Handle essential HR processes in line with local regulations and internal company policies.
- Work closely with public authorities, external vendors, and internal teams across compensation, payroll, compliance, and recruiting.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship with the works council.
- Support and implement HR initiatives and projects at both the strategic and operational level across Germany and Europe.
- Improve and evolve HR procedures, policies, and systems in partnership with management and leadership.

Requirements
- A completed degree, ideally in business administration, psychology, education, or communication studies.
- Previous exposure to human resources and employee relations is considered beneficial.
- Comfort working across borders with international and culturally diverse teams.
- The ability to work with focus in an agile setting, prioritize effectively, and balance employee needs.
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Solid analytical ability and experience with accurate evaluation of varied data.
- A professional attitude and strict confidentiality.
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Experience in multinational companies is an added advantage.
