Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused HR Specialist to manage daily human resources activities in line with Saudi labor regulations and company policies. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration while helping the business stay compliant with KSA requirements and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities from posting vacancies and reviewing CVs to arranging interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Manage the onboarding journey for new joiners, including paperwork, system access, and orientation sessions.
- Keep employee files current, accurate, and confidential in accordance with company rules and regulatory expectations.
- Help implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with Saudi Labor Law.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and employee data summaries for management, including headcount, turnover, and Saudization tracking.
- Respond to employee HR service requests such as letters, contracts, and leave balance queries.
- Support payroll input activities and coordinate with finance to ensure employee data accuracy, including attendance and leave records.
- Maintain compliance on government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem for employee-related processes.
- Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) compliance requirements and assist with associated reporting.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts.
- Work closely with internal teams and external providers to keep HR operations running smoothly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar discipline is required.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Strong multitasking ability and comfort working under pressure in a busy environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with KSA HR or government systems such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad is considered an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and core HR practices is preferred.
