Overview

VESLA MOTORS L.L.C is hiring a full-time Human Resources Specialist to support its Dubai operations. The role is based in Ras Al Khor, Dubai, UAE and follows an in-person work setup. The monthly salary offered is AED 3,000. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with one weekly day off.

Role Summary

The company is seeking a careful, proactive HR professional who can manage administrative HR tasks efficiently. Prior experience in the automotive or car rental sector is preferred, along with strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

This position covers daily HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee support, documentation, compliance, and general office assistance.

  • Manage routine HR operations and administrative work on a day-to-day basis.
  • Keep employee data, records, and HR systems accurate and up to date.
  • Draft employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
  • Assist with employee joining and exit procedures.
  • Share job openings, review applications, and screen candidates.
  • Arrange interviews and liaise with department managers.
  • Keep candidates informed about interview progress and status updates.
  • Respond to staff questions about HR policies and procedures.
  • Track attendance, leave balances, and payroll-related inputs.
  • Help address straightforward employee issues and concerns.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure all records are properly documented.
  • Support visa processing, labor contracts, and UAE labor law compliance.
  • Help ensure internal policies are implemented and kept current.
  • Handle HR emails, calls, and related correspondence.
  • Assist with general office administration when needed.
  • Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Understanding of UAE labor regulations and core HR procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; English is required, and Arabic is an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage several tasks at once and perform well under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • HR certification or similar professional training will be considered an added advantage.
