Job Overview
We are hiring a full-time Human Resources Specialist to work on-site in Riyadh. This role focuses on day-to-day HR administration, employee support, and compliance-related coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee matters and manage routine HR administrative activities.
- Make sure internal processes follow labor legislation, company rules, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Handle government and HR portals such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development systems.
- Prepare, monitor, and maintain records related to employee leave requests.
- Keep employee documentation complete, well-organized, and up to date.
- Assist with employee relations and help address workplace concerns when they arise.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required; fresh graduates may apply.
- Prior exposure or hands-on experience in HR is preferred.
- Good command of personnel administration and employee relations practices.
- Working knowledge of labor law, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to contribute effectively in a collaborative team setting.
