Role Overview
Entech Network Solutions, LLC. is hiring an experienced Human Resources Outsourcing Manager to oversee HR service delivery for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients in the United States. In this position, you will guide a team of HR Consultants while acting as a trusted HR advisor on compliance, employee relations, HR operations, technology, process improvement, and organizational change.
This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys client-facing advisory work, team leadership, creating scalable HR processes, and working in a fast-moving environment with multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of HR Consultants who support several client accounts.
- Ensure HR services are delivered consistently and at a high standard across all assigned clients.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, HR policies, workplace investigations, compliance, and employment law best practices.
- Carry out HR compliance reviews and suggest practical remedies and follow-up actions.
- Design, refine, and standardize HR workflows, templates, and best practices that can be used across clients.
- Lead or assist with HRIS evaluation, deployment, and optimization projects using systems such as Rippling, UKG, ADP, Paylocity, Paychex, or comparable platforms.
- Support HR due diligence, onboarding, and integration work connected to mergers, acquisitions, and other business transitions.
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders on organizational change, workforce planning, and employee transitions.
- Contribute to proposals, client-facing presentations, and business development initiatives that help grow the practice.
- Balance multiple client priorities and projects while maintaining strong communication and relationships.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
- 5 to 10+ years of progressive HR experience is expected.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR leadership, including mentoring or managing HR professionals.
- Background in HR consulting, HR outsourcing, multi-client support, or a multi-business-unit setting.
- Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and HR operations.
- Experience creating HR processes and improving service delivery models.
- Demonstrated project management ability, including HR technology implementation work.
- Excellent client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead effectively during uncertainty and organizational change.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM or HRCI certification.
- Prior experience in HR outsourcing, PEO, or consulting roles.
- Experience with HR compliance assessments, mergers and acquisitions support, HR automation, and process improvement.
- Insurance license or related benefits certifications.
- Exposure to working across multiple industries.
- Experience supporting proposals, presentations, or business development efforts.
