  • Balance multiple client priorities and projects while maintaining strong communication and relationships.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.

  • Background in HR consulting, HR outsourcing, multi-client support, or a multi-business-unit setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and HR operations.
  • Experience creating HR processes and improving service delivery models.
  • Demonstrated project management ability, including HR technology implementation work.
  • Excellent client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead effectively during uncertainty and organizational change.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications
