Role overview
This full-time position is based on-site in Riyadh. The Human Resources Operations Specialist will handle core HR operations on a daily basis, including employee record maintenance, HR documentation, and support for payroll and benefits processes in coordination with internal teams. The role also involves updating and applying HR policies and procedures, supporting compliance with labor laws, maintaining the accuracy of HR systems and data, and responding to employee questions.
Key responsibilities
The position includes support across onboarding and exit processes, coordination with managers on HR matters, and assistance with employee relations activities.
