Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to support day-to-day HR operations at AlKifah Holding in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This position plays a key role in administrative HR coordination, employee lifecycle support, documentation, reporting, and policy guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager and HR team with a wide range of administrative and operational HR tasks.
- Assist recruiters with interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and related support activities as needed.
- Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, employee letters, and certificates.
- Handle onboarding administration for new employees, including mobilization steps and portal updates.
- Maintain HR databases and process requests and updates through the Al Kifah Portal.
- Manage annual leave, sick leave, and other leave records and administration.
- Maintain both electronic and physical employee files and records.
- Guide employees and managers on company policies and procedures, and escalate issues beyond the role’s scope to the HR Officer or HR Manager.
- Compile monthly and quarterly HR reports such as sick leave, annual leave, termination, resignation, and exit interview summaries.
- Develop reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Apply working knowledge of Saudi labor law in daily HR activities.
- Use familiarity with GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and MOL platforms to support HR processing.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role and hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration. Strong English communication and intermediate Microsoft Office skills are required.
